Can I get a flat stomach in 1 week?

Well yes. But where are you starting from? Lets answer this safely and say you can reach a flatter stomach in one week! It is all about your diet! I cannot stress this enough. What you put in really affects what you project out! Avoid bloating foods such as white carbohydrates, heavily fibrous foods, vegetables such as onions and cabbage, fizzy drinks, dairy, alcohol and eating to late.
Instead, eat small regular meals comprising of a palm of lean protein, and a fist of carbohydrates and vegetables. If you’re aiming for a quick change, cut the carbohydrates and increase your protein and vege uptake.
Drink 3-4 litres of water or unsweetened teas per day.
